The Angler fish is a minor character in the series; he only appears in the episode "Rock Bottom." The angler fish had helped SpongeBob get back to Bikini Bottom, by tying SpongeBob's balloon to his wrist. Originally, the angler fish blew raspberries like all other Rock Bottomites, but he didn't actually speak until the very end of the episode.
