The Angler fish is a minor character in SpongeBob SquarePants, he only appeared in the episode "Rock Bottom."
The angler fish had helped SpongeBob get back to Bikini Bottom, by tying SpongeBob's balloon to his wrist. Originally, the angler fish blew raspberries like all other Rock Bottomites, but he didn't actually speak until the very end of the episode.
Physical Apperance
The angler fish is red with a bright red aurora surounding him, like all angler fish he has a bright light above his head to attract prey, which it is also a glowing red. The angler fish's mouth is purple and he wears a small bowtie that is also purple, his eyes as well are red.
