Frank is a whale who first appeared in the episode "Ripped Pants", and again in "You Don't Know Sponge." In "Ripped Pants" he appears emerging from the sand. He had been buried in the sand and the people forgot about him. He was the drummer of SpongeBob's band. In his second appearance he thought he was hearing his ex-wife, but it was just SpongeBob imitating a whale.
