Tom Kenny is the voice actor behind SpongeBob SquarePants, the titular character of the show with the same name.
His voice is easily recognizable with his high pitch and squealing laugh.

Tom Kenny was originally contacted by Stephen Hillenburg to voice SpongeBob. As Hillenburg wanted him to do the voice in a certain way, but Tom hadn't remembered what it sounded like, so Hillenburg got an episode from Rocko's Modern Life with the voice he used to refresh Tom's memory, and was then able to do the voice.
